01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Vidaraa. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Vidaraa (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the Vidaraa website located at vidaraa.com, all associated web-based tools, browser extensions, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 About Vidaraa

Vidaraa is an online platform that provides a comprehensive suite of free and premium web-based tools and browser extensions. Our tools are designed to help individuals and professionals with everyday tasks including — but not limited to — text processing, image editing, developer utilities, math and science calculators, finance tools, health calculators, PDF utilities, unit converters, SEO tools, and more.

We also develop browser extensions, currently including the Vidaraa – YouTube Video Downloader for Firefox, which enables users to download YouTube videos for personal offline use.

03 Our Services

Vidaraa provides the following categories of services:

3.1 Free Web Tools

A large collection of browser-based tools available at no cost. These tools process data locally in your browser and require no account or registration. Free tools may have usage limitations.

3.2 Pro Tools & Features

Certain tools offer enhanced Pro features accessible via a one-time Lifetime Pro license. Pro access removes usage limits and unlocks all advanced features.

3.3 Browser Extensions

Browser extensions available for installation from official browser add-on stores. Extensions may offer a free tier with limited functionality and a Pro tier requiring a paid license.

3.4 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of Services.

04 Eligibility

To use Vidaraa’s Services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Agree to and comply with these Terms in full

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Services to any person or entity at our sole discretion.

05 Accounts & Registration

5.1 No Account Required for Free Tools

Most of Vidaraa’s free tools do not require account registration. You can use them directly in your browser without providing any personal information.

5.2 Pro License Activation

To activate a Pro license for our browser extensions, you must provide the email address used during your Gumroad purchase and the license key issued to you. This information is used solely for license verification purposes.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when activating a Pro license or contacting us for support. Providing false information may result in termination of your access.

5.4 License Security

You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Do not share your license key with others. Each license is issued for personal use by a single user. We reserve the right to revoke licenses that are shared or used in violation of these Terms.

06 Free & Pro Plans

6.1 Free Plan

The Free plan provides access to all free tools and limited usage of Pro-tier tools for testing purposes. Free usage is subject to daily or session-based limits which may change at our discretion. The Free plan is provided as-is with no guarantees of continued availability.

6.2 Lifetime Pro Plan

The Lifetime Pro plan is available for a one-time payment of $29 (or the price displayed at the time of purchase). Pro access includes:

• Unlimited usage with no caps or restrictions
• All current Pro features fully unlocked
• All future features and tools as they are released
• Priority support
• Regular updates and improvements
• Lifetime access — no renewals, no subscriptions, no further charges

6.3 Plan Changes

We reserve the right to modify the features included in the Free and Pro plans. Existing Lifetime Pro license holders will not lose access to features they had at the time of purchase, though we may add, modify or remove features over time as the product evolves.

07 Payments & Billing

7.1 Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Gumroad, a third-party payment platform. By making a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store or process your payment card details.

7.2 One-Time Payment

The Lifetime Pro license is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or automatic renewals. You will be charged only once at the time of purchase.

7.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you complete your transaction.

7.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or levies imposed by your local jurisdiction on your purchase. Gumroad may collect applicable taxes where required by law.

7.5 License Delivery

Upon successful payment, Gumroad will provide your license key on the confirmation page and via email to the address used during checkout. License delivery is instant and automated. If you do not receive your license key, contact us at support@vidaraa.com.

08 Refund Policy

8.1 General Policy

All sales of Lifetime Pro licenses are final and non-refundable due to the immediate digital delivery of the license key. Once a license key has been issued, the product has been delivered and consumed.

8.2 Exceptions

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
• You did not receive your license key and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of purchase
• A technical fault on our end prevents activation and cannot be resolved

8.3 How to Request

To request a refund under the above exceptions, contact us at support@vidaraa.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.

8.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method and bank.

09 License to Use

9.1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vidaraa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.2 Pro License

Upon purchase of a Lifetime Pro license, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Pro features of the applicable product. This licence is for a single user and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed or transferred to any other person or entity.

9.3 Restrictions

This licence does not permit you to:

• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our Services or software
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels or marks on the Services
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share, resell or transfer your Pro license key to any other person

9.4 Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Vidaraa. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you.

10 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vidaraa’s Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Services.

Acceptable uses include:

• Using our tools for personal productivity, learning and everyday tasks
• Downloading content you own or have explicit permission to download
• Using our browser extensions for personal offline viewing of content you are legally permitted to save
• Sharing links to our tools with others
• Using our tools in educational settings for non-commercial purposes

11 Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including downloading, reproducing or distributing copyrighted content without authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, spider or otherwise extract data from our website in an automated manner without our prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, our servers, or any connected systems
• Transmit any malware, viruses, trojans or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Services
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, threaten or harm any person
• Impersonate Vidaraa or any of our team members
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission
• Circumvent any usage limits, access controls or security measures
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to abuse the Services

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and, where applicable, legal action.

12 Browser Extensions

12.1 Permitted Use

Our browser extensions, including the Vidaraa – YouTube Video Downloader for Firefox, are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the extension to download content for personal offline viewing where you have the legal right to do so.

12.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our extensions complies with all applicable laws, including copyright law, and the terms of service of any third-party platforms (including YouTube’s Terms of Service). We are not responsible for how you use the extension or for any content you download.

12.3 No Endorsement of Infringement

Vidaraa does not endorse, encourage or support the downloading of copyrighted content without the permission of the rights holder. The extension is a technical tool — its lawful use is entirely the responsibility of the user.

12.4 Extension Updates

We may update our extensions at any time to fix bugs, improve performance, or maintain compatibility with browser and platform changes. Updates are provided as part of your license at no additional cost.

12.5 Extension Availability

We do not guarantee that our extensions will always be available on browser add-on stores. Availability is subject to the policies of the respective browser vendors (e.g. Mozilla Firefox). We are not liable if an extension is removed from a store for any reason.

13 Copyright & Content

13.1 Respect for Copyright

You agree not to use Vidaraa’s tools or extensions to download, copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit any content that is protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights without the explicit permission of the rights holder.

13.2 Permitted Downloads

You may use our tools to download content that:

• You own or have created yourself
• Is in the public domain
• Is licensed under a Creative Commons or similar open licence that permits downloading
• You have explicit written permission from the rights holder to download

13.3 User Responsibility

All downloads made using Vidaraa tools or extensions are made at your own risk and under your sole responsibility. Vidaraa is a technical tool provider and is not responsible for the content you choose to download or how you use it.

13.4 DMCA / Copyright Notices

If you believe that content accessible through our Services infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@vidaraa.com with full details of the alleged infringement. We will respond promptly to valid notices.

14 Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials forming part of the Vidaraa Services are the exclusive property of Vidaraa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• The Vidaraa name, logo and brand identity
• The source code and software underlying all tools and extensions
• The design, layout and user interface of the website
• All written content, documentation and marketing materials

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in Vidaraa’s intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks, logos or brand materials without our prior written consent.

15 Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with or link to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not by these Terms.

• Gumroad — used for payment processing. Subject to Gumroad’s Terms of Service.
• Google Fonts — used for typography. Subject to Google’s terms.
• YouTube — our extension interacts with YouTube. Your use of YouTube is subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service.
• Hosting providers — our website is hosted on third-party infrastructure.

We are not responsible for the content, practices or policies of any third-party services. Links to third-party websites do not constitute endorsement of those sites.

16 Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Services will be accurate, reliable or meet your requirements.
• We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any tool output.
• We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

17 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidaraa and its operators, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from content downloaded using our tools or extensions
• Damages resulting from any third-party conduct or content
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of our tools in violation of applicable law

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $29 if you have not made any payment.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

18 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vidaraa and its operators, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights
• Any content you download using our tools or extensions
• Any false or misleading information you provide to us
• Any dispute between you and a third party

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.

19 Termination

19.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including revoking your Pro license, at our sole discretion and without prior notice if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity
• Shared or transferred your license key in violation of these Terms
• Used the Services in a way that harms Vidaraa or other users

19.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — shall survive.

19.3 No Refund on Termination for Cause

If your access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid.

20 Governing Law & Disputes

20.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. As Vidaraa operates as an independent online platform serving users globally, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the operator.

20.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at support@vidaraa.com to resolve any dispute informally. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues amicably before any formal proceedings.

20.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated or representative action.

21 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
• Post a notice on our website
• Where required by law, notify affected users directly

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
